This is the upper radiator hose for 2004-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick T6500, T7500, and T8500 trucks. This hose mounts on the upper radiator inlet on these trucks. This is a black colored rubber hose. This part is no longer available from GM and is now a rare and hard to find part.
