This product is a OTC diagnostic scanner. This product is used and does have a flashing battery light so the battery may need to be replaced. This product is what reads codes off of vehicles and what OTC cable kits connect to this product and this product is in working condition and does come with the charger the carrying protection case and the VCI. This product is used but is in good working condition.
