This is a brand new wheel for 1995-2002 Pontiac Trans Am vehicles. This is a factory OEM, genuine GM wheel, still in the original box. This is a silver colored 5 spoke, one-piece wheel. This wheel is 16" x 8". This comes with the valve stem installed. This has never had a tire mounted on it.
