This is the HVAC climate control panel for 1984-1989 Chevrolet Corvette C4 vehicles. This is for those cars without rear defrost. This is the manual adjustment style control panel. This is a black colored panel with white print. This is a used, factory OEM, genuine GM part, in good condition with normal wear and tear. This does have some scratches on the face (circled in red in the pics).
