This product is a radiator spoiler for 1984-1989 C4 Corvettes. This product does have good paint on it for its age but does have some small rock chips and is scuffed. This product is meant to be installed in the center of the car and mounted on the lower radiator support. This product is in very good physical condition but does have some faded and ruff paint and a crack on the center mounting hole, but this will not affect mounting and will allow the part to still be mounted.
