This is the air brake hose manifold breakaway connection for the trailer on 2003-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick C7500 and C8500 trucks. This item mounts on the back wall of the cab. This has three air line inputs and outputs on it. These line connections are 3/8" sized and each is a different color to keep them coordinated. There is a blue, red, and yellow connection. This part also still has the protective film covering the adhesive to make a tight seal. Replace your old part with this brand new factory original part from GM at a fraction of the dealer price.
