This is the exterior handle grip for 2003-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick C4500, C8500 and 1990-2009 Kodiak and Topkick C6500, and C7500 trucks. This handle mounts vertically on the outside of these trucks on the left and right sides. These handles are for grabbing onto to pull yourself up into the truck.
