This is a sheet of 16 squares of foam insulation. Each square measures 90mm wide, by 75mm high, and 1mm thick. These squares have a sticky adhesive on the back for applying them wherever you need them. These are great for reducing rattles, or insulating panels for a better fit. These squares are black colored foam. These are also great for small craft projects of DIY projects.
