This is the heater hoses, inlet & outlet, for 2007-2009 Chevrolet Kodiak and GMC Topkick T6500, T7500, and T8500 trucks. These hoses carry antifreeze into and out of the heater core from the engine block. This part has been discontinued and is no longer available from GM, and is now a rare and hard to find item. Replace your old, leaky, blown hoses with this brand new factory original part from GM.
