This is the seatbelt shoulder cover trim piece for the front seats for 1998 Toyota Avalon vehicles. This is for 1998 model years, but will fit years 1995-1998. This item is for both the left and right side seats. This is for the vehicles with Ivory interior, but this is the darker part of the two-tone color interiors. This trim piece goes inside the B-pillar where the upper mount for the seatbelt is located. The trim piece is light tan colored plastic, but Toyota calls it Ivory.
