Suzuki Swingarm Spools Sliders
All Suzuki GSXR & Hayausa motorcycles have a space on the swingarm just for these! These spools are not only made for using a swingarm stand to lift the rear of your bike, they also offer superior protection to your expensive swingarm in the even of a crash. They are made of Delrin (same material used in frame sliders). They are sold in pairs, and come with corrosion resistant bolts. We have seen these for as much as $29.95 a pair. You can buy a pair from us for just $10.95.

Sales Tax: We are required by the state of Missouri to collect sales tax of 7.45% for orders picked up locally or items shipped to addresses here in the state of Missouri. This does not apply to businesses that are sales tax exempt.

Shipping: 

FedEx/USPS Shipping:

FactoryDepot will ship anywhere in the United States and to most international countries. All items are shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS, or Freight. Local pickup is available upon request.

Most orders are shipped the following business day. Shipping times vary by location, and can be determined in the listing.

FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for items being shipped FedEx.

Freight Shipping:

Most freight items (large/over 150lbs) are shipped the following business day after receipt of payment. We only ship freight items to a business address with a loading dock or that does not require lift gate assistance. Shipping to a residential address can be very costly to you. You must provide us with a phone number for the shipping company for all freight orders.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup is available upon request. All pickups must be done during normal business hours of 9am-6pm Central standard time. You must set up an appointment for local pickup please contact us about this. Also local pickups are subject to Missouri 7.45% sales tax

Combined Shipping:

We combine all shipping that will fit within the size and weight limitations of the shipping service offered for those items. We also will not combine shipping on items that are not safe to ship together. For example we will not ship a fragile item in the same box as an anvil. Any items that are too heavy or would be over sized when combined will be excluded and packaged individually to keep the overall price down by avoiding expensive over sized package surcharges. There is an automatic $50 surcharge put on all over sized packages by FedEx on top of the existing rate. USPS will not accept over sized packages and have smaller dimension requirements for international packages that may prevent us from shipping some items internationally or to Canada.

Tracking numbers will be sent to email address associated with your Paypal account.

Returns: 

Return Policy:

Our goal is to have every customer get what they ordered as described in the listing the first time, every time. In the event there is a problem we offer a very flexible return policy here at FactoryDepot. We accept returns/exchanges for damaged, defective and incorrect (by fault of FactoryDepot) merchandise. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to FactoryDepot within 14 days of ship date, or 7 days of receipt, whichever is later, and be received by FactoryDepot within 30 days of receipt.

All returns must be authorized by FactoryDepot. To request authorization, contact us via EBay. FactoryDepot will issue a full refund (including shipping), or will exchange the item within 10 days (much less in most cases) upon receipt of the defective product.

Return/Refunds

Incorrect merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. If the condition of a part has been altered from the way it was received, we will not be able to issue a refund. This includes alterations or damages incurred attempting installation, noticeable markings from being mounted/installed, etc.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase, and most will be processed by the following business day from when we receive the returned merchandise. All returns must be authorized by FactoryDepot.

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect (by fault of FactoryDepot) merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received. We may request pictures of any damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise before we will authorize a return. We will ship your replacement upon receiving your returned merchandise.

It is important you make sure the item is fully inspected for damage/defects prior to installation. Please report any damage or defects to us as soon as possible, as we are unable to cover any installation or associated costs. Any items deemed defective, damaged, or incorrect (by fault of FactoryDepot) will be exchanged depending upon availability. If the item is no longer available we will refund your purchase.
