This is the steering wheel backing trim cover piece for the right side on 2009-2010 Toyota Corolla vehicles. This item mounts on the lower right side of the steering wheel backing. This item is for US built vehicles with or without the audio switch but with cruise control. This item is a brown colored plastic part that Toyota calls Ash Brown.
